絶えない紛争と過酷な自然環境の中で、女性たちは古来、その身を守る祈りの刺繍を施した衣を身につけて暮らしてきました。
岩と砂に囲まれた乾燥地帯で独特の色彩を放つ刺繍の衣に魅せられたフランス人デザイナー、オリビア・ダール。デリーの小さな工房で、果てなき時間と空間を超えて存在しているような精緻な刺繍の衣をリスペクトし、美しいシルエットのシャツに仕立てました。

The Baloch are a nomadic people living in Balochistan, a region that spans the borders of Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.
For generations, Baloch women have worn garments adorned with prayerful embroidery—symbols of protection—in the face of unending conflict and the harsh natural environment.
French designer Olivia Dar was deeply moved by the vibrant embroidery that radiates from garments born of these arid, rocky lands. In her small atelier in Delhi, she honors the intricate craftsmanship—seemingly suspended in time and space—by reworking it into this one-of-a-kind shirt.
