現ウズベキスタンなど、中央アジアの遊牧民の間で伝統的に引き継がれてきたスザニ刺繍。
そして、岩と砂に囲まれた乾燥地帯で独特の色彩を放つ刺繍の衣に魅せられたフランス人デザイナー、オリビア・ダール。両者の出会いによって生み出された1着です。
オリビアは、デリーの小さな工房で、果てなき時間と空間を超えて存在しているような精緻な刺繍の衣をリスペクトし、刺繍に響き合うように特別な色に染めた絹の衣に仕立て直すことをライフワークにしています。
すべて一点もので、タグにはシリアルナンバーが刺繍で施されています。

Suzani embroidery has been traditionally passed down among the nomadic peoples of Central Asia, including what is now Uzbekistan.
French designer Olivia Dar was captivated by the embroidered garments that radiate vivid, distinctive colors amid the rocky, arid landscapes of the region. This piece is the result of their serendipitous encounter.
Working in a small atelier in Delhi, Olivia devotes herself to reimagining these intricate, timeless works of embroidery—each seeming to exist beyond the bounds of time and space. With deep respect for their heritage, she transforms them into garments of silk, dyed in colors carefully chosen to resonate with the embroidery’s spirit.
Each creation is one of a kind, with a hand-embroidered serial number stitched onto the tag.
