宮古島の灼熱の太陽とミネラル豊富な亜熱帯の土壌で、すべて手作業で安全に自然栽培したこだわりの月桃。新月に植え付けをし、満月の日に収穫する古代からの農法にのっとっています。
タイリン月桃と島月桃の葉と茎を水蒸気蒸留法で抽出。香りや成分が濃く出る蒸留水の前半部分をボトリングしました。
月桃栽培には農薬、除草剤、肥料は使用せずその畑で採れた植物の残渣のみを施しています。
