宮古島の灼熱の太陽とミネラル豊富な亜熱帯の土壌で、すべて手作業で安全に自然栽培したこだわりの月桃。新月に植え付けをし、満月の日に収穫する古代からの農法にのっとっています。
月桃独特の芳醇な香りを楽しんでいただけるようタイリン月桃の葉のみを発酵させて作ったお茶です。発酵させることでポリフェノールなどの栄養素が増加。ノンカフェインなのでお子様や妊娠中・授乳中の方にも安心してお召し上がりいただけます。
月桃栽培には農薬、除草剤、肥料は使用せずその畑で採れた植物の残渣のみを施しています。
